I am CTO of RefMasters and the only builder of the production RefScore system. 2,000+ officials work through the platform.

RefScore tracked and graded the ACC's full season across 190 games. It also ran evaluation for roughly 200 MEAC men's and women's games.
Two adidas tournaments and the Puma national final were assigned through the platform. In the first roughly six weeks of live assignment, agents and algorithms I built made roughly 2,000 assignments across over 700 games.
Evaluation. Officials are graded from game film against the call made. RefMasters set out to sell it to assignors as software.
The assignment agent. Evaluation is the objective record of who calls a game well, so it belongs upstream of assignment. An agent optimizes availability against travel, conflicts, level, preference and performance. RefScore registers as the assignor itself and has staffed national adidas SSB and Puma tournaments.
